Supply Chain Data Administrator

We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Administrator to join a dynamic team within one of our valued clients. The primary mission of this role is to ensure all material handled is accurate, identify and address potential issues, and implement required procedures or training. The role also involves communicating stock situations to internal and external stakeholders while supporting new initiatives and projects to enhance stock reporting.
The selected Supply Chain Data Administrator will be responsible for the following deliverable tasks:
* Ensure inventory figures are accurate by monitoring discrepancies between actual stock and SAP records, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions.
* Manage receipt of all materials in SAP for Stock/Non-stock items, Cards, and materials for subcontracting. Address stock outs and produce reports as required.
* Monitor slow or non-moving stock, inform stakeholders, and take necessary actions.
* Provide logistics support, including TCD and courier services for ePayments.
* Assist the Supply Chain Manager with projects, SAP processes, purchasing, and onboarding of vendors/customers.
* Support product managers with lifecycle management of new and existing products, maintaining accurate records and communication.
* Oversee planning and execution of daily cycle counts for cards and stationery using SAP functionality.
* Coordinate stock destruction programs following company procedures, ensuring proper documentation and clearing of materials.
* Communicate version changes, stock outages, and delivery schedules to all relevant stakeholders.
* Support environmental and health & safety initiatives.
Skills and experience required:
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of supply chain operations and processes
