Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include :
Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiries
Processing orders through to payment
Assisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicing
Updating internal database and spreadsheets
Liaison with a number of internal departments
Additional ad hoc projects as and when requiredWhat you will need to succeed:
Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing or export although not essential
Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email What you will receive in return:
