We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic St Neots team and drive success in one of the county’s most desirable areas.As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-value property transactions and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from valuation to completion—offering expert guidance and an outstanding level of service throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties from instruction to completion. Conduct market appraisals and generate new business through networking and client relationship management. Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the company. Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence. Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes. Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity. Support and mentor junior team members as needed. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a residential property sales role, ideally within a premium or luxury estate agency environment. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the local St Neots and surrounding Cambridgeshire property market. Professional, polished, and articulate with a strong sense of discretion and integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
