This role is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm each day.

Whilst past experience in a similar role would be beneficial, it's not essential. What we're looking for is someone with the right attitude - if you are willing to learn and have a passion for technical processes, then you'll fit right in.
The Role and Responsibilities:
1. Configure a variety of mobile/ handheld end user devices with the required software (documentation and training provided on this).
2. Maintain accurate information on outgoing devices utilising our Tracking System or customer asset registers.
3. Undertake the checking and receipt of incoming goods in line with Company process (training on this provided).
4. Pick line items on sales orders as per Company processes, making the goods available for packing and dispatch.
5. Package finished and repaired goods ready for shipment.
6. Book the collection of goods from Chippenham and off-site locations using approved courier systems, ensuring delivery/collection addresses are correct.
7. Raising and issuing device repair quotes to the required stakeholders.
8. Processing quote acceptances and manage the next steps within the device repair processing.
9. Process device exchange requests in a timely manner.
10. Manage the return of faulty exchange devices through the required channels.
11. Liaise with the couriers to ensure that shipping and collections of devices are accurate and on time.
12. Assist and support other operational staff and processes as and when necessary.
