Governors at St Julian’s School are looking to appoint an Attendance & Family Engagement Officer to work as part of the Student Support team and work towards the school's attendance strategy.
The post holder will be required to fulfil actions linked to the whole school attendance policy, working closely with the Assistant Headteacher for Student Support, Progress Leaders, the Education Welfare Service, families and students, to promote and maintain high levels of student attendance across the school.
The successful candidate will be a professional, enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated team player and will be able to work well under pressure, have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multitask. The ability to work independently is essential. Training will be provided where necessary.
