Regular 1-to-1 meetings and reviews will also enable to you to highlight work progression and areas that you wish to explore for future development.You will be delivering and offering creative planning and input to the learning visit from schools, home education groups and other learning providers to the Children’s Country House throughout term-times.You will also be responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of wider, baseline programming for visitors during some weekends and school holidays, in line with CCH and NT programming strategies working with our more thematic approach to wider programming initiatives. This will involve attendance of regular learning and programming meetings, active collaboration and communication across all departments, ensuring an inclusive team culture, that responds to learning and baseline programming provision and that can develop future audiences for our work.For both learning and programming delivery, you will ensure that all necessary administrative tasks are up-to-date and completed, enabling access needs are met, as well as compliance with health and safety. You will champion best practice approaches to safeguarding in everything we do.
