Servicing role, managing existing HNW clients from CEO
Manage 80 - 100 clients
£70k- £90k basic salary plus bonuses on new business written
My client is a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices near Epsom/Leatherhead. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners based across Sussex, Kent, and London. In their current setup, they manage the affairs of 250 families with assets ranging from £600k - £8m. The advisers consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, retirement planning, protections, etc. They have very longstanding relations stretching back 20 years.
The business has won numerous awards and is very engaged in local community events, advocating for many charitable causes. They place exceptional customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities, resulting in a very high rate of retention. The support team comprises an experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners who are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams. The business also has dedicated Operations professionals ensuring the smooth functioning of operations.
The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a Financial Planner who will be responsible for managing a portion of his existing book of business. This is a servicing role and will be suitable for a candidate who has a background in an independent wealth planning firm and can work with complex HNW cases, possessing the gravitas to be worthy of receiving the baton of the business's best clients. You will have dedicated admin and paraplanning support as well as a dedicated Operations Manager.
Bonuses: 25% on new business (initial fees)
