A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a Manchester based organisation who provide a wide range of services to the defence sector including; design, manufacture, MRO and test of safety critical electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical components.As Engineering Manager, you will have responsibility for the engineering function and will be technical authority for all engineering based projects.Role Overview:This role will provide technical leadership in all aspects of project management, ensuring that engineering projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the high standards that clients expect.You will be responsible for managing engineering resources, planning capacity, mentoring the team, solving complex problems and being the interface between engineering and other key departments.
