Reporting directly to our Commercial Director, you'll have the opportunity to lead our team in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers through innovation in product range and development and commercially focused channel plans.,
* Own and drive omni-channel KPIs for watch brand product, including trade marketing contributions. In conjunction with Head of Merchandising, prepare sales, margin and stock plans, range and buying plans and promotional plans which meet sales, stockturn, closing stock, discount and intake margin targets.
* Produce and implement commercial branded product and commercial plan by providing seasonal direction based on knowledge of trends, competition, and marketplace.
* Co-develop strategies with Head of Merchandising to roll up inventory and ensure stock targets are achieved.
* Build and maintain positive and trusted relationships with key brand partners and develop relationships with potential new brand partners.
* Proactively review performance by brand and by channel, identifying brand development opportunities including shop in shop locations.
* Lead new store planning process with key brands - gaining agreement to location, space and adjacencies whilst working with Head of Merchandising on commercial expectations.
Watch industry knowledge and experience desirable.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a demonstrably high level of commercial awareness.
* Proven relationship building skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence and ability to present to a senior level audience.
* Proven ability to work with retail teams to enhance brand relationships and category performance.
