POSITION SUMMARY: We are searching for a Sr. Program Manager, Talent to help drive the next generation of our DEI programming. Reporting to the Sr Director, Talent, this role is part of a globally focused team that leads our learning & development, talent management, and culture initiatives. In this position, you will contribute to the assessment, design, and launch of initiatives that bring to life our values, build our employer brand, and ensure people of all identities have the opportunity to grow and succeed at Watts. Responsibilities: Culture and Values Design and lead global initiatives that bring to life our core values. Focus on activation so employees deeply connect with our values and become champions of our culture. DEI Develop and manage a strategic, multi-year roadmap detailing ways to increase the diversity of our new hire population and leadership teams. Examples of initiatives include external partnerships, leadership development programs, and apprenticeship programs. Serve as strategic advisor to colleagues across HR in the review and redesign of our talent processes. Paying close attention to systemic inequities, help us design more inclusive talent practices (e.g., recruiting, performance management, assessments, promotions). Lead the formation and expansion of a global ERG network. Provide strategic consultation and operational support to ERGs, including drafting charters, defining goals, managing budgets, leading meetings, and measuring impact/success. Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunity areas and develop actions plans that imbed DEI into their business operations, building relationships and forming a global network of DEI champions. Partner with Marketing and Communications to design and manage campaigns that strengthen our employer brand. Leverage your creativity to help us design ways to connect with potential employees. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of experience and education from which comparable knowledge and skills have been achieved Minimum 7 years of professional experience Understanding of core DEI concepts and frameworks (i.e., identity, power, privilege) Comfort manipulating data from multiple sources (in Excel) and analytical mindset to interpret data and reveal trends Organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to foster trust and build relationships across cultures and backgrounds Writing and communication skills to draft compelling marketing campaigns and tailor messages Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Up to 15% travel required MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISION: This position has no direct reports.
