Your Role: Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including pre-employment checks in line with safer recruitment, producing offer letter and new hire materials and conducting orientation sessions where necessary. Process employee requests and enquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Support performance management, employee relations, and training programs. Assist with payroll administration if required. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an HR/Recruitment or administrative role is essential. Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
