We’re looking for a Communications Co-ordinator.
This is a busy and varied role where you’ll have the chance to develop your experience across a range of areas. From developing digital content, supporting marketing our work in schools, communities, and for theatre productions, to contributing to fundraising campaigns, there are lots of opportunities to flex your creative marketing muscles.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential
1. A passion for social media, including creating video content.
2. An awareness and interest in marketing trends.
3. An understanding of the importance of attracting diverse audiences to our work.
4. Experience generating paid ads on Meta.
5. An understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, and CapCut.
6. Experience using web content management systems (Craft, WordPress or similar).
7. A confident user of Mailchimp or similar e-bulletin platforms.
8. An enthusiasm for Punchdrunk Enrichment and the work we do.
Desirable
1. Knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding of Google Ads.
2. Experience collaborating on fundraising campaigns.
3. Experience working on projects for children and young people.
4. Experience working in the UK Theatre sector.
5. Experience working in education or with schools.
6. Local knowledge about Brent.

Job Responsibilities
General
1. Overseeing the management of Punchdrunk Enrichment’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
2. Creating and scheduling content, sharing and engaging with our audiences.
3. Copywriting for e-bulletins on Mailchimp.
4. Creating and editing in-house filmed social media content.
5. Working with filmmakers and photographers to develop content, including liaising with freelancers and developing briefs.
6. Maintaining the Punchdrunk Enrichment website.
7. Maintaining our image archive.
8. Making updates to our box office system as required.
9. Basic graphic design work as required.
10. Managing project and company press coverage list.
