As a Support Worker, you will be an essential member of our team with a friendly, calm, and compassionate approach. You will provide support and enable our clients to fulfill their ambitions and potential. Together we will ensure we make a positive difference in our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to clients with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities.
* Work flexibly on a rota including some weekends and evenings.
* Work alongside our clients assisting with budgeting and household bills.
* Administration of prescribed medication.
* In some cases, assist with meal preparation.
* Assist with all daily living tasks.
* Access activities within the local community.
* Provide a person-centred approach following detailed care plans.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
