Job Description: The Family Support Worker will provide services to children aged 0-18 and their families, identified as being in need, in line with the Children’s Services policy and statutory requirements. The role involves supporting families through assessments, direct work, and interventions that promote the health and development of children. Responsibilities: • Deliver support services, including direct work, group work, and same-day interventions. • Work collaboratively with case management teams and other agencies. • Contribute to assessments and service plans for children and families. • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in line with policies. • Provide transport for children and families as required. Requirements: • GCSE-level education or equivalent. • Experience working with vulnerable children and parents in a community setting. • Knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014. • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload. • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work
