A leading contractor based in the south is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their business on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor. The role of Receptionist will be based in their office in South Wales.
Responsibilities for Receptionist
* Answering phones and management of the business switchboards
* Email management and diary management
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
* Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
* Attending to all visitors
Requirements for Receptionist
* Previous experience within the construction industry is ideal but not essential
* Prior exposure within a Receptionist, Administrative or Office Manager role is fundamental
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail are key
