About the role:
The role is part of the marketing Centre of Excellence, a team of c. 20 people who work across digital, brand, capability & insights to deliver process, tools, and training to upskill marketers within the organization.
The objective of this role is to deliver improved customer experiences on the website. The website is our most complex channel, with significant omnichannel budget ( supporting its development. We are looking for an autonomous leader who can manage significant complexity and work with an ever-changing environment, with multiple stakeholders across the business from digital, to sales to marketing in a global matrix organization.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
1. Deliver world class customer experiences on web – development & measurement
2. Measure & monitor website over time, with clear KPI's set and diagnostics analyzed – to drive for greater engagement and ultimately conversion
3. Manage backlog & prioritize work
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver website workstreams (digital services, Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Units (BU’s)
5. Communicate the plan to BU’s & work with them to deliver the plan
6. Own the roadmap & planning from 2025 onwards
7. Implement A/B testing methodologies and user testing to optimize web journeys and user experience
8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and website best practice to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive
9. Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on the content management system and processes
10. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration and functionality of requirements platforms with other systems
11. Autonomous ownership of the website channel direction/strategy & able to juggle this with the day-to-day operational management
12. Manage complex demand process & push back where required, based on business value
Key requirements
We are looking for someone with strong product and digital skills who:
13. Has experience in medium to large matrix organizations through periods of transformation
14. Comes from a Marketing background (essential)
15. Brings Med Tech or Pharma/Life Sciences experience (highly desirable)
16. Has the ability to translate complex technical language for range of different non-technical audiences
17. Is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences end to end
18. Actively encourages contributions from all those around them, recognizing the value of team members’ input when solving problems
19. Has at least 8+ years of experience in website development & management
20. Has experience in replatforming websites
21. Experience working with digital/IT in agile environments
22. Has a good understanding of business value related to features and functions
23. Has outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
24. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
25. Has the ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

Education and Qualifications:
30. Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences or Similar
31. Experience in website management, feature development & replatforming within an organization
32. Experience in delivering great customer experiences
33. Experience in data & comfortable using data to drive action
