The Role of Commercial Co-ordinator
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a fantastic commercial department. You will not only be commercial focused but also involved in the operational process, learning and adapting new skill sets to gain confidence and make decisions when needed.
You will support all new and existing customers coming on board to Enreach UK, ensuring their expectations are met and delivering a high-level service from day 1. This involves controlling and communicating with the customer and internal teams to keep everything in line with SLA and process requirements.
The aim is to ensure that from point of sale, we are getting our customers onboard and installed within the SLA time, while ensuring there are no problems during this timeframe, allowing Enreach UK to maximize profit and meet installation expectations.
Key Accountabilities as our Commercial Co-ordinator
* Customer welcome calls proven to be done within an SLA.
* Proposing finance and setting up finance agreements.
* Liaising with finance companies.
* Contacting customers to obtain missing information.
* Managing installation expectations.
* Communicating with the field sales team and operations departments.
* Chasing outstanding paperwork.
* Completing any re-signs relating to leases or services and amending the billing accordingly.
* Checking through Sales PDFs and ensuring they are up to date.
* Checking all paperwork for new deals.
* Dealing with any incoming ETCs or Settlements.
* Conducting broadband checks on all deals.
* Addressing customer questions or queries on anything you are handling.
* Performing any ad hoc duties.

* Experience in supporting a Sales function is essential.
* Third Party Finance experience is essential.
* Good timekeeping and organization skills.
* Great attitude and discipline.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt.
* Willingness to help and assist wherever needed.
* Microsoft Office experience.
