Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) – Spalding, Lincolnshire
Are you a caring and patient individual with a passion for helping young people succeed? We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in secondary schools across Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)
Pay: Starting at £90/day, with potential to increase based on experience and responsibilities
Role Overview:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
* Assist with classroom activities and learning tasks
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored strategies
What We’re Looking For:
* Compassionate and understanding approach
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience with SEN is desirable, but not essential – full support provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
