As General Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 40+ to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/knowledge:
1. Experience in both events/hospitality and counter service restaurants.
2. A Contract Catering background.
3. Worked at Account Manager level or General Manager level of a large operation.
4. A passion for delivering 5* service standards, with the quality of food to match.
