We're working with a superb client based in the West Midlands - looking for a planning manager to join a busy marketing and brand team. You'll be super busy working across different campaigns and projects so this would really suit someone from a larger organisation with a centralised function or someone from an agency background (probably Account Manager or Account Director level), used to multi-tasking and project management. Your responsibilities: Coordinate briefing of plan with departments across the organisation Understand / map interdependent functions supporting initiatives across the course of the year Understand capital investment timings across the year, how they align with the plan and how the team best support Align with Heads Of within divisions to build high level resource map informed by the plan Maintain a single view of the plan, by period, across brands / formats to provide visibility of activity and when it lands Oversee and support key transformation initiatives within Brand and Marketing teams ensuring that deadlines are met on time and to agreed standards Organises and facilitate regular planning and strategy meetings, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on upcoming campaigns, strategic priorities and the resource required to support them This role needs to be based in the West Midlands - although you can spend time in other locations such as London and in venues. But essentially you need to be in West Midlands Salary is circa £50-£55k with excellent benefits.
