Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates through various channels, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent.
* Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, driving business growth and success.
* Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and inform recruitment decisions.
