Senior Nursery Manager - Bearwood, Poole, Dorset
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to oversee the operations of our nursery facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both children and team members alike.
Your responsibilities will Include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursery facility
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
About You:
A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education is essential.
Commitment to working with our children, within in the Early Years sector can be as intensive as it is rewarding so you must have a passion for child development and be dedicated to caring for each and all of the children in our care.
Creative skills and imagination to provide educational activities to children that can ensure the child is happy and learning in a rewarding environment.
Building relationships, our children thrive in our settings when they have strong bonds and healthy relationships with Nursery Practitioners.
Personal skills – to be personable and approachable with children’s parents, as our parent relationships are vital to helping you to understand how to keep children happy and supported, both in nursery and home life.
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
