Job Summary
This role will help develop and enhance our Trust's Organisational Development (OD) service through the identification, design, delivery and evaluation of key OD interventions.
This is in line with the strategic direction and plans for the Trust as we continue to work to develop our culture and embed the values, behaviours and competences amongst our workforce that will enable the successful achievement our Trust's vision and strategy.
Main duties of the job
1. Lead on the delivery of the Trust's Leadership and Management Framework in a manner which underpins the Trust's values and strategic direction, ensuring that development needs are identified and opportunities provided, which results in the required capabilities and capacity across the Trust and service transformation.
2. Manage, co-ordinate, create, deliver and evaluate complex corporate learning and organisational development interventions, including the planning and organisation of a range of activities to meet organisational objectives ensuring our people have the right skills, in the right place at the right time.
