Night Co-ordinator
Location: Preston
Salary: £45,194 + benefits

Meridian Business Support is delighted to be supporting our client in their search for a Night Co-ordinator at their mental health setting in Preston. You will have responsibility for the Unit overnight and therefore need to have demonstrable experience of crisis management and responding to emergencies as well as experience of managing teams and complex problems.
Duties include:
* Lead and manage the hospital operations.
* Provide effective clinical leadership and support to the nursing and health care team across the hospital.
* Oversee patients care, ensuring safe staffing levels across the hospital and effective incident management where required.
* Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
* Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
* Mentor and support staff by facilitating supervisions and post-incident debriefs.
* Review and respond to incoming referrals and support wards with admissions.
Requirements:
* Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid PIN.
* Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a health care setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to patient-centred care, quality, and safety.
* Ability to balance conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem solving.
