Job Title: Business & Performance Manager, Commercial Banking Intermediaries
Location(s): Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, London or Manchester
Hours: Full Time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in the office.

If so, we have a great opportunity for a Business & Performance Manager to join our Intermediaries team and help impact our growth ambitions, whilst driving improvements for both colleagues and brokers.
Our team is part of Business & Commercial Bank and is responsible for managing the relationships of third-party introducers and the delivery of £1b of innovative finance solutions to help businesses grow.
What you’ll be doing:
* Work closely with Head of Intermediaries to deliver the strategy, key enablers and initiatives across the team.
* Build positive relationships with partners to deliver customized banking solutions for brokers' needs.
* Take ownership for the delivery of Intermediaries Growth objectives, through performance management ensuring that these align to Group Values.
* Take responsibility for actively managing and delivering client and budgetary commitments through ongoing performance management and oversight.
* Demonstrate commerciality (through delegated approver for lending pricing exceptions), the ability to balance the asset growth objectives with ensuring sustainable returns, through assessing the price viability of individual lending deals.
* Build outstanding presentations to effectively engage partners at all levels.
* Shape and deliver our communications, culture, and engagement priorities.
What you’ll Need:
* Previous experience delivering results and driving performance growth across Intermediaries.
* A growth mindset and be an ambassador for change to enhance both colleague and broker experience.
* Exceptional partner management skills with the ability to work closely with key partners across the group and maintain positive relationships to help deliver our objectives.
* Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
* Ability to manage and prioritise many varied tasks simultaneously, working confidently in a fast-paced environment.
