Surgical Solutions Manager, Trauma - Yorkshire

In order to achieve this, we are looking for a Surgical Solutions Manager to support accounts primarily in Yorkshire. To protect work life balance, and to move through the territory more easily it's important you live in or around this territory.
What will you be doing?
We're looking for someone who can develop and build meaningful and positive relationships with our Trauma customers. There will be the requirements to sell at times, and to offer expertise across our portfolio of products. Those healthcare professionals that you engage with day in and day out, will rely on you to offer advice, guidance and product knowledge.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. Much of this will happen in hospital theatre environment, and will assist with the ongoing support of our existing Smith+Nephew customers and help implement business in new accounts.
Ultimately it's about the safe and efficient clinical use of our products, helping manage stock and equipment and doing our bit to improve the customer experience with us.
Successful candidates would need the following:
1. Medical sales experience, ideally in Orthopaedics
2. Theatre sales experience is preferred
3. Experience delivering training and guidance to customers and health care professionals ensuring an outstanding sales experience
4. Consistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients
5. 70% domestic travel across the territory
