This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract. This vacancy offers competitive rates. What will your responsibilities be? As a Triage Clinician, you will assess and manage patient needs, delivering expert clinical advice and crafting seamless care pathways. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of documentation and patient records, following HCPC guidelines. You will foster a supportive environment for growth and learning within the healthcare team. Qualifications and Experiences: Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Experience within acute NHS hospital-based medicine Experience of early intervention and acute rehabilitation Experience of discharge planning, or working in discharge to assess in the community Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team How to apply?
