About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you’ll take the lead in managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and shaping how we use it to enhance learning across the business. Your key responsibilities will include, implementing, configuring, and managing the LMS to align with organisational training needs. You will collaborate with our resort L&D teams to maintain user accounts and ensure the right access levels for team members and leaders.
The role offers creative opportunities, by creating, formatting, and uploading course content while customising platform features to enhance the user experience. Designing and delivering training programmes both within and outside of the LMS.
Others responsibility will include tracking learner progress, analysing data, and providing insights to drive continuous improvement. Offering training and technical support to users, ensuring they get the most out of the system.
Our resorts are diverse, with a wide range of departments and specialist roles. This means our L&D function must support varied learning objectives—all underpinned by the LMS. You’ll work closely with our resort teams and central L&D partners to ensure training initiatives are engaging, effective, and embedded in daily operations.
This is an exciting time to join the team! We’re embarking on a major project to build a unique core skills training programme and establish talent pipelines to unlock incredible career opportunities. The LMS will play a vital role in this initiative, supporting how our teams access training and engage with their learning journeys. You’ll also work with our external supplier to optimise the platform and increase engagement.
This is a varied, rewarding role where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to some of our biggest L&D initiatives.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced L&D professional who thrives on collaboration and innovation. You should be confident working with subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives.
You should have hands-on experience managing an LMS, with a strong understanding of platform configuration and user management. A mix of technical expertise and creativity is essential for designing and optimising digital learning experiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also key, with the ability to adapt your approach for different audiences.
Experience in multi-site operations and hospitality, is a bonus but not essential. What really matters is your enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to get stuck in!
