What You’ll Do As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll: Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Help customers register their appliances with ease. Use your sales expertise to upsell relevant protection plans. Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions. No prior experience? Don’t worry Our 4-week training program will equip you with everything you need to excel in this role—from product knowledge to advanced sales techniques. Your Work Setup Remote : Work from the comfort of your home (we’ll provide all the necessary equipment—just ensure reliable broadband). Hybrid : If you’re located near our Nottingham office, you’ll be expected to work on-site 3-4 times a month, combining the benefits of remote flexibility with in-office collaboration Shift Pattern Rotational shift pattern over 6 weeks. Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Includes 1 full weekend and 2 Saturdays every 6 weeks. What’s in It for You?
