Mission: The role of the Life Sciences Program Manager is to enable Digital Energy sales growth, to facilitate collaboration / align different people working for the Global Account to ensure consistency of tendering, execution, communication for Digital Energy package (BMS & EPMS), to drive transformation to deliver efficiency across the program and ensure Customer expectations are met. The Program Manager will also be required to lead / support projects aimed at driving knowledge & awareness of Key Life Science specific topics across country Life Science networks, such as GAMP awareness and process adherence etc…. Key responsibilities: Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Ensure effective program level execution and manage escalations Build Strategic Plan by country to enable growth Set foundation for improved execution efficiency via standards and practices Community of practice & Country onboarding Lead / Support Life Science specific projects to promote country awareness Skills and attributes: Solid experience in Customer project execution role – Must be familiar with CPP Experience dealing with Strategic Account – Direct Customer exposure required Strong leadership skills – able to influence and convince at VPs level Advantage to have experience in Life Sciences sales or customer project management Advance level of English language skills.
