As an Arborist Supervisor, you will take a leading role in overseeing arboricultural operations, ensuring that all tree surgery and forestry tasks are performed to the highest standards. You will focus on the planning and performance of arboricultural works, fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help drive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the company’s reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.
This role will require Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31) and Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39), Large fall over 380mm and Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41)
Full Clean Driving Licence.
Experience in managing teams and performance.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management.
