Job Description
Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Gellatly Street car park office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week on a temporary basis for 12 months.

Requirements
You will have 5 National 5 qualification passes, including English or equivalent work experience and a willingness to obtain Notice Processing City & Guilds Qualification.
Responsibilities
You will deliver a comprehensive appeals service for parking, low emission zones and bus lane enforcement and related enforcement activity. You will assess the merits of individual appeals and progress these through the appeal system, dealing with enquiries at all stages of the process.
You will ensure that enforcement complies with relevant Traffic Regulation Orders and Transport legislation in dealing with representation and adjudication matters.
You will be able to respond to complex enquiries relating to all enforcement matters including applying dispensations and exemptions where appropriate and in line with Council policies and national legislation.
The Individual
You will have knowledge of administrative procedures and experience of conflict handling, dealing with challenging customers and of evidence gathering.
You will have well-developed numeric, literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to multi-task, work accurately, prioritise workload, pay good attention to detail, and experience in using Windows IT applications is essential.
