Supporting people in their daily lives can include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and assisting people in planning and managing their own home, leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding role, but it can also be challenging and demanding. You may be supporting people in their own homes or out and about in their community.
