Job description: We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our thriving team. Based both on-site and out of our Redditch office, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of flue & chimney installation projects across sites throughout the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are successfully delivered on time to current legislation and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple flue projects across mainland UK. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate and manage the work of on-site teams, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to. Carry out site specific design & calculations to ensure projects are compliant and work efficiently. Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, to include RAMS, programmes and scheduling. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective project management strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager role within the flue or similar industry. Desired strong knowledge of processes, health and safety requirements and project management principles, on-going training will be provided. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Have an awareness/understanding of flue regulations, clean air act & IGEM UP 10. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Valid UK driving license. Strong proficiency in the use of IT systems including Office 365, Outlook. With desirable knowledge in 2D AutoCad design.
