Job Purpose Working in a busy and fast paced team your role will be to provide support to our Store, Field and Head Office teams through verbal and written communications; whether this be through our Action Desk, Teams, email or working alongside other Head Office departments to help land key initiatives and projects within the stores. A key part of working in this team is understanding the store process in order to give the best service and advice. You will work closely with all departments in the business and must be prepared to communicate at all levels, including regular Director contact. The role requires someone who has completed at least one year in a retail or retail operations environment and is familiar with store processes. You will be confident in speaking to colleagues in various functions across the business, but primarily our Field and Store teams. The role requires someone who can stay calm under pressure but still pay attention to detail. Skills & Experience 1. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. 2. Full UK, valid driver’s licence is preferred. 3. Competent with Microsoft Office suite software. 4. Good communication skills through written and verbal communications. 5. Excellent organisational skills and able to plan and prioritise effectively. 6. Adept at problem-solving. 7. Minimum of 1 year in a retail or retail operations environment. 8. Keyholder or Supervisor store level is preferred. Responsibilities · Key contact for phone, Teams, and email contacts, providing excellent and timely support. · Responsible for managing the Retail Operations inbox. · Publishing information, setting tasks/surveys and exporting results from the company’s intranet system. · Support with the management of consumables and equipment for stores including but not limited to conducting stock counts weekly, tracking consumable usage and approving orders. · To actively work with the team in seeking opportunities to improve communications between Retail Operations, Head Office teams, Field and stores. · Review key documents prior to publication. · Actively review Knowledge Documents and ensure they are relevant and up to date with support from the required departments. · Run and publish daily/weekly sales reports.
