Sales Representative – Health & Safety and HR Services
You will deal with the full-cycle sales process, such as:
* Lead Generation and Prospecting, developing the pipeline. Research and identify potential commercial clients in need of health and safety and HR services (e.g., risk assessments, safety training, compliance audits, HR outsourcing), developing a pipeline; qualify leads by understanding client pain points, business challenges, and health and safety needs.
* Client Consultation and Needs Assessments. Engage with potential clients to understand their specific health, safety, and HR challenges, including compliance with industry regulations; conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor services that address the client’s specific requirements, ensuring comprehensive safety and HR solutions.
* Present customized health and safety and HR service packages to clients, highlighting the benefits and ROI of the services.
* Post-Sales Support and Relationship Management.
About you
You are a results-driven Sales Representative with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in maintaining workplace safety and compliance, and the ability to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals with businesses across various industries. You will have:
* Proven sales experience (probably gained over 3+ years, but this is not a hard and fast rule) in a B2B environment, preferably in insurance, health and safety, HR services, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and HR processes is preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
* Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet sales targets.
