We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workshop Technical Administration Support professional to assist our workshop team ensuring seamless coordination between engineers, customers and suppliers in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient operation of photo booth equipment. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide administration support for smooth workshop operations. Key Responsibilities: ? Monitor & Report: Keep a close eye on machine activity, report downtime, and coordinate support requirements. ? Fleet Management: Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, manage PAT testing, and ensure timely upgrades. Inventory Control: Maintain stock management, plan orders, and ensure accurate documentation. ? Workshop Administration: Oversee utilities, arrange servicing, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. ? Documentation & Reporting: Record maintenance activities, technician visits, and create detailed reports. ? Collaboration: Work with suppliers, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. ? Machine Moves: Coordinate installations, removals, and relocations, ensuring safety and efficiency. ? What We're Looking For: Technical Expertise: Proven experience in technical support or workshop roles with hands-on maintenance troubleshooting experience. ?
