Job Title: CEOSL Senior Administrator
Reporting to: Group O&M Director
Salary: £35,000
Responsible For: Group Training Administrator
Location of Role: Crown Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1QB, with some home working by agreement, travel to the CEOSL operating sites/Head Office of Cobalt Energy as required.
Aim of Role:
The key aim of this role is to support the smooth running of the CEOSL business by leading and carrying out administrative tasks for the CEOSL Directors and Managers, alongside leading the Cobalt Group training administration function, including managing the Group Training Administrator.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. CEOSL Administration Support:
o General administration support to the CEL Group O&M Director, CEOSL Operations Directors, and CEOSL Head of Plant Engineering Services as required, including:
+ Administration support for the CEOSL Senior Team, preparing monthly reports under the direction of the CEOSL Operations Directors.
+ Administration support for the CEOSL Operations Directors in preparing annual budgets for the operating plants.
+ Lead and undertake the administration of procurement activities as instructed.
+ Raising purchase orders through CEL Purchase Order System.
+ Management of delivery paperwork relating to the smooth operation of the Wolverhampton office.
+ Chasing outstanding deliveries and dealing with delivery issues.
+ Dealing with invoice queries.
+ Establish, coordinate, and maintain a Group diary for the CEOSL Senior team.
o Wolverhampton Office:
+ Administration of the office located at the Wolverhampton site, including purchasing office supplies, organizing minor repairs, booking meeting rooms, and liaising with the Local Authority Estates Department.
o Cobalt Group Central Services:
+ Interaction with CEL Central Services.
+ Liaise with procurement, accounting, payroll, and any service departments as required within the Cobalt Energy Group.
+ Management of PPE, mobile phones, IT equipment, and other tasks as necessary in coordination with CEL Business Services.
o Training Administration:
+ Manage the Cobalt Group Training Administrator, assisting where required to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
+ Provide annual leave/sickness coverage as required for the Group Training Administrator.
+ Assist the Training Administrator with administrative training support for the Cobalt Group of companies, including managing and maintaining the training calendar, booking training sessions, and ensuring training records are maintained accurately.
+ Oversee the completion of training matrices and ensure they are up to date.
+ Manage IHasco e-learning and track training participation.
o Collaboration with Plant/Technical Administrators:
+ Work closely with Plant/Technical Administrators to coordinate site-specific training activities and communicate training requirements.
+ Provide monthly training reports to Plant/Technical Administrators and Senior Management.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good time management skills, able to work to conflicting priorities.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Able to produce and run reports.
Key Accountabilities:
* Provision of collected data to support the production of monthly reports for the CEOSL Senior management team.
* Accurate and timely delivery of training data as required by the Group O&M Director.
* Support the Group O&M Director, CEOSL Operations Directors, and Senior Managers with any reasonable tasks as required.
