An Innovation and Data Analyst at ENGAGE that will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth, optimise operations, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work across multiple teams, leveraging data to improve our processes, automate workflows, and provide strategic recommendations. Your work in data analytics, automation, and market research will directly impact decision-making and the efficiency of our platform. Your responsibilities will include: · Collecting and interpreting data from various sources to provide meaningful insights. · Developing and maintaining data dashboards to track key performance metrics including automation. · Creating detailed reports and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders. · Automating data collection and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy. · Collaborating with other teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation. · Assisting in the design and execution of A/B tests to evaluate new features and strategies. · Researching, testing, and recommending new software to optimise internal processes. · Automating processes for our clients using tools like Power BI, Python. · Conducting market research on potential clients and competitors, and create position graphs and keep them updated · Analysing platform usage and client segmentation to improve strategies. · Setting up and Maintaining Business Process Management (BPM) and Power Automate workflows. · Managing database integrity and maintaining data accuracy. · Overseeing and analysing data from ENGAGE training and certification self-serve platform. Other Skills - Nice to Have · Experience with cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake). · Familiar with automation tools such as Power Automate, Hevo, or BPM software. · Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel). · Ability to work with programming languages like Python for data analysis and automation. · Background in statistical analysis and predictive modelling. · Knowledge of APIs and data integration between different platforms. · Understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies. Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, working in UK time 1 hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm
