Children's Residential Support Worker:
* Salary: £32,350–£34,350 per year (inclusive of sleep-in and complex care allowances)
* Contract: Full-time, permanent
About the Role:
* Support children and young people (ages 8-17) in a residential care setting.
* Work as part of a small, caring team providing daily guidance and support.
* Assist with daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and recreational activities.
* Support young people with life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
* Complete necessary administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Work a shift-based schedule, including overnight sleep-ins (additional pay provided).
Candidate Requirements:
* Must be 22 years or older (legal requirement)
* Passion for working with children and young people, with or without prior experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK manual driving licence required.
* Willing to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
* Eligible to work in the UK.
