Care and Support Worker

Job Specifics: This role involves supporting a young man in his early 20s with his daily living. This client has epilepsy which displays as cluster/tonic clonic seizures, severe reflux, jejunostomy feed, gastronomy feed, partially sighted, scoliosis, and displays challenging behaviour in the form of self-harm. He requires full care and support with all daily living tasks: medication support, personal care, mobility support, sensory needs, and social interaction.
Shift pattern:
10pm-8am, 7 days per week
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as moving and handling
* At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
* Knowledge of complex care is desired
* Willingness to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
* All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
