Front Office Desktop Support Engineer – Trade Floor
Front Office Desktop Support Engineer required for a leading International Bank providing First & Second Line support to their VIP Trade Floor (Front Office) users. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Desktop Support to include experience in a Trade Floor banking environment and supporting Market Data systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with IT support issues & queries via Service NOW
2. Provide both First & Second Line Support
3. Manage day-to-day support to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business within the Front Office / Trade Floor
4. Escalating issues as necessary per established escalation policies
5. Collect diagnostics and other supporting evidence to identify the root cause of problems
6. Create and maintain all operational documentation, processes and procedures

2. Microsoft Windows & MAC OS
3. Active Directory
4. Desktop Hardware
5. Microsoft Office
6. Mobile Devices
7. SCCM desktop client management
8. Front Office
9. Market Data systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters
10. Excel
11. VDI / Citrix
12. ITIL certified / understanding
