Front Office Desktop Support Engineer – Trade Floor
Front Office Desktop Support Engineer required for a leading International Bank providing First & Second Line support to their VIP Trade Floor (Front Office) users. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Desktop Support to include experience in a Trade Floor banking environment and supporting Market Data systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with IT support issues & queries via Service NOW
* Provide both First & Second Line Support
* Manage day-to-day support to ensure stability, reliability and availability of applications and services for the business within the Front Office / Trade Floor
* Escalating issues as necessary per established escalation policies
* Collect diagnostics and other supporting evidence to identify the root cause of problems
* Create and maintain all operational documentation, processes and procedures

* Experienced Desktop Support Analyst
* Microsoft Windows & MAC OS
* Active Directory
* Desktop Hardware
* Microsoft Office
* Mobile Devices
* SCCM desktop client management
* Front Office
* Market Data systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters
* Excel
* VDI / Citrix
* ITIL certified / understanding
