I am looking for a Repairs Team Leader to join a Social Housing organisation in East Warwickshire. The Repairs Team Leader will be responsible for a team of Trades operatives and surveyors carrying out repairs. This is a 3 month contract.
Repairs Team Leader duties:
* Manage the day-to-day delivery functions of the repairs service, ensuring works are completed in a timely manner, capturing costs and optimising incomes.
* Oversee a team of 5 trades operatives and 5 surveyors.
* Responsibility for responding to complaints and enquiries from customers.
* Carry out post inspections.
* Sign off on major repairs works.
What is required for the role:
* Previous experience as a line manager, overseeing trades staff in a construction setting.
* Experience working within social housing repairs.
* Awareness of health and safety legislations.
