Morningfield House, Woodend Hospital
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Nurse within Morningfield House, Woodend Hospital. The ward has is a 20 bedded ward that care for male and female elderly patients who require long term hospital care and interim care.
The applicant should also have a genuine interest in care of the elderly, good communication skills, an ability to plan and prioritize your workload, able to delegate and take charge during a shift. The applicant should also be committed to delivering high standards of care and be flexible to meet service delivery needs. Their will be opportunity for development.
The ward works the 12 hour shift pattern and the posts are rotational of night and day duty.
This post is currently based in Morningfield House however you may be asked to work in another area of Woodend or the Links Unit to meet service needs should this be required to ensure the delivery of safe patient care.
