Morrison Water Services is recruiting for an Out of Hour's (OOH) Technician to work on our Yorkshire Water contract, based at Yorkshire Waters head office in Bradford.
This position is working a 4 night on, 8 days off shift pattern, between the hours of 6.30pm and 6.30am. This unique shift pattern equates to working 4 months out of 12 on a yearly basis. This could be an extremely attractive working pattern allowing a brilliant home, work life balance for the right person.
Our Role
As the OOH's Technician working on our Yorkshire Water contract, you will manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of planning and scheduling work, through exceptional communication with internal and external customers, whilst effectively managing the work through the client and business systems.
Your Responsibilities
You will take ownership of all work, coordinating the job from receipt through to job completion.
You will respond quickly to the priority of the work, constructing the correct resource to site in a prompt and safe manner.
You will plan and schedule orders within the client SLA's whilst optimising travel time and increasing team productivity.
You will ensure the highest level of service is delivered to both external and internal customers, giving excellent customer satisfaction every time.
You will keep the client systems in real time assigning work on time and ensuring all operations are created, assigned, and recorded.
You will provide positive input into the team, providing challenge in a constructive way and solutions to issues.
You will ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures.
