Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time
As the Project Manager, you will:
1. Ensure robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms / procedures are in place and are being adhered to diligently.
2. Establish and implement project meetings whether internally or externally at Client premises and ensure their frequency and repetition.
3. Establish a good working relationship and rapport with Company and Client project team members alike to ensure project harmony.
4. Oversee and approve all project budgets expenditure and revenues and monitor the same at a meaningful frequency.
5. Ensure project-related Company sales are maximised and up to date with all potential delays mitigated.
6. Ensure Appraise, Select, Define, Onshore and Offshore Execute and Close-out Phases, or parts thereof, of all projects are driven and delivered safely in line with, or ahead of expectations.
7. Ensure all projects are effectively completed strictly in accordance with the requirements of the contract as a minimum, and that adequate resources Group wide are in place to meet those requirements.
8. Responsible for managing all Client and Vendor interfaces to ensure seamless project execution is achieved.
9. Establish and set clear goals and priorities for all projects.
10. Be responsible for proactive identification of potential issues / conflicts and timely resolution of same.
11. Convene and chair periodic project meetings and project reviews with clear and concise actions agreed and executed.
12. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and planning.

About You
You’ll have experience of:
1. Brownfield Onshore experience required.
2. Experience required working for Engineering Contractor companies providing EPC (M) services.
3. Familiar with Estimation of Engineering scopes / CTR, Change Management, Schedule management and Scope Management.
4. Interfaces between various engineering disciplines.
5. Relevant oil & gas industry codes and standards.
6. Drilling rig equipment and systems and drilling operations and maintenance activities.
7. Offshore industry project role including construction activities through to close-out.
8. Experience in the use of Planning software.
9. Demonstrable experience in anticipating and resolving problems and contingency planning capabilities.
10. Financial and contractual awareness coupled with sound commercial judgement.

Qualifications
1. Degree qualified in an Engineering or Project Management discipline.
2. Masters degree in relevant discipline.
3. Membership of a recognised professional body.
4. Project Management Training – PMI or APM accredited.
