The ENGAGE SaaS Systems Manager is a key leadership role for an experienced Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ENGAGE SaaS Platform Deployments for our Clients. THE SITUATION ENGAGE is in the process of developing and progressively automating the management of its SaaS Deployments, with the objective to make the use of its SaaS Platform completely self-serve and scalable to millions of users. THE OBJECTIVE ENGAGE has systems and processes to manage users’ SaaS Deployment Management Requests that must be further automated and made self-serve to bring full scalability for all our SaaS Deployments. Reaching full self-serve and scalability is critical as ENGAGE requires this to go through explosive growth in the UK and start providing its SaaS Solutions internationally across a number of countries. ENGAGE’s clients already include the British Government and some of the largest companies in the UK and the world. THE DELIVERABLES The SaaS Systems Manager will be responsible to: Further develop, progressively automate and make self-serve the following core elements of our SaaS Deployment Management: Deployment Configuration Deployment Onboarding Deployment Support Deployment Training and Certification Deployment User Management Deployment Entity Management While you will work on progressively documenting, structuring, automating and making these elements self-serve and scalable, a SaaS Deployment Analyst will work for you and focus on daily processing Users SaaS Deployment Management Requests. As the SaaS Systems Manager you will architect and streamline deployment processes to meet precise business requirements, collaborating closely with the Product, Growth and Strategy teams. You will automate, optimise and scale deployments through structured workflows and engineering best practices. 2. Lead the SaaS Systems Deployment Team, initially made of a Deployment Analyst and a Platform and Deployment Specialist. 3. Work with the Innovation and Strategy Team on developing new Prototypes and Beta Modules & Features. 4. When the Deployment Analyst is off, and until the SaaS Deployment Management elements are fully automated, you will cover for him, perform his tasks and get an in-depth understanding of the processes to be automated. What success looks like? · You lead the SaaS Platform Deployment Management’ Strategy in a professional and structured manner, following best practices in deployment onboarding, management, configuration, training and certification and support. · You progressively automate Saas Deployment Management processes and make them self-serve. · You manage and further develop Business Process Management (BPM) automation tools, keeping them updated and optimised to reflect process changes and business growth. · You own and manage the ENGAGE Academy, our online self-serve training and certification platform, ensuring training programs are up to date, relevant, and aligned with deployment rules and user roles. You continuously optimise the training content based on client feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs, while maintaining a seamless user experience for trainees. · You collect, process, solve Deployment Management and Support Requests, and develop solutions and processes to progressively make the resolution of these requests fully automated. · You analyse Deployment Management and Support Requests to identify potential areas of innovations and gaps and for our SaaS Platform Modules and Features. · You enforce protocols, and automate them, restricting account access when clients fail to meet payment, training, or compliance requirements, ensuring proper resolution before reactivation. · You design and implement scalable, repeatable deployment implementation pipelines, reducing manual effort, progressively automating them. · You establish clear guidelines for deployments ensuring consistency and reliability, continuously redefining processes, eliminating bottlenecks and improving speed · You are data-driven, using data and analytics to measure deployment success, track KPIs and drive constant enhancements. · You provide up-to-date reporting and analysis on progress in all areas of the SaaS Deployment Implementation and Management, to support the leadership team in strategic decision-making. · You collaborate with internal teams (Product, Strategy, Growth, Platform Specialists) to ensure configurations, training, and upgrades are aligned with customer needs and deployment rules. · You build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they are supported throughout the deployment onboarding, configuration, training, certification and support processes. · You proactively identify opportunities to enhance the SaaS Deployment Management framework, improving efficiency and scaling deployment processes as the business grows. · You foster a high-performance culture within the SaaS Deployment Management Team What is in it for you? Other skills - Nice to Have · Familiarity with ticketing tools (Like Zendesk). · Familiarity with automation tools like AI, BPM software, Power Automate, Jira, SQL · Familiarity with process improvement methodologies · Familiarity with self-service training platforms and learning management systems (LMS). · Experience in SaaS Solutions, especially in customer engagement or platform-based solutions. · Knowledge of self-serve support models and tools. · Training program development or design experience. · Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, working in UK time 1 hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm
