Business Support Officer - Convening
We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, proficient, and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our busy team within Children’s Services.
This is an office-based role.
You will be required to work closely as part of the Support Team and with the Operational Team. Effective operational support is a vital element to the success of Independent Statutory Service, Assurance & Practice.
This post ensures a focused, consistent operational support service to managers, staff, and clients.
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
* Excellent ICT skills, including Excel, Word, and the ability to learn in-house database systems.
* Excellent telephone manner essential.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
* Ability to organise meetings and coordinate attendance.
* Work well within a team environment.
* Awareness of data protection and information management.
You will be part of a well-established, supportive team and full training will be provided.
