Elvet Recruitment are working with a successful and trusted Commercial Building Contractor to assist them finding a Site Manager to assist with their £75m project.
With a stable clientele, this company's growth is consistently accelerating through the strong pipeline of projects as well as their successes of recent projects completed.
Main duties will include:
1. Ensuring the quality of work is completed to the highest of standards following the job specification, managing and reporting any issues or setbacks.
2. Oversee and manage labourers and subcontractors on site.
3. Conducting safety checks on site.
4. Progress reports and meetings with senior management and clients.
5. Ordering materials for site and managing supply chain.
6. Daily site diaries & briefings.
To be considered, applicants must have:
1. Ability to maintain Health & Safety standards.
2. Experience of working within a Site Manager role or similar.
3. Be able to motivate and manage a successful site team.
4. Hold a CSCS Site Manager card and a relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership.
