We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Head of Quality and Training to join our Customer Service Directorate in either Exeter, Bristol or Redhill. You will receive a competitive salary plus a generous car allowance and excellent benefits package.
About the role:
The Head of Quality and Training is responsible for developing and implementing the quality assurance framework and training programs in Customer. This role ensures that processes, standards, and training initiatives enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What you'll be doing:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives
* Establishing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines
* Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of quality and training initiatives, making data-driven improvements
* Leading and managing a team of quality assurance and training professionals
* Conducting audits, quality assessments, and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals
* Overseeing the creation of training materials, e-learning modules, and development programs
* Staying updated on industry best practices, trends, and regulatory changes
* Reporting on key quality and training metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What we are looking for:
* Degree in Business, Quality Management, Training & Development, or a related field
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and training best practices
* Experience in developing and implementing training strategies
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation
* Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory standards in the relevant industry
* Proficiency in training tools and quality assessment software
